Text on inserted sheet with photo: STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN AND PANTRY ON THE NEW DINING CARS OF THE KANSAS CITY ZEPHYRS; Like the construction of the train itself, which is stainless steel throughout, from center sills to roof strenght members, the kitchens of these Budd-built cars are all stainless steel. Here Burlington's distinctive meals are prepared for passengers riding on the new Kansas City Zephyrs that start in service Sunday, February 1 and operate on the new Kansas City Short-Cut between Chicago and Kansas City.
