Details
Unidentified newsroom writers most likely at WDAF studios. In the left column of photos unidentified writers work on typewriters. A man, pictured from approximately waist to head, looks downward at the typewriter while another writer is seen behind him in the top left image. The two images below show a writer in the background working at a desk. In these images, a chair is in the foreground and more of the workspace is seen. File cabinets, papers, and desks take up the majority of space in the image. In the right column, another unidentified writer appears. The worker writes with a pencil on paper in the top right image and writes on a typewriter in the two images below that. The vantage point changes in the two bottommost images on the right from slightly behind the worker. This worker appears in profile from approximately chest to head.
