Details
Ted Malone stands in the middle Superior Street, with the cross road of 6th Street and the Plain Dealer building behind him, just inside the open driver's side back door of a possible 1952 Windsor Town & Country Chrysler Station Wagon with a camera man (white) standing on a platform on top of the car that holds a tripod, a film camera and the man, wearing an overcoat and fedora hat, in Cleveland, Ohio. The side of the car has decals that read WXEL, channel 9, on the front door and "The World on View" on the back door. A large, predominantly white, crowd of men and women fills the sidewalk behind the car as they broadcast on location in Cleveland, Ohio. A power cord runs through the grill of the car up to the camera.
