Ted Malone broadcasting at WABB radio station, in Mobile, Alabama an American Broadcasting Company station. An American Broadcasting Company banner hangs above and behind Ted. His microphone stand and desk are decorated with streamers. He holds up a foil-lined party hat with this left hand and holds a pennant in his right hand that has a jester and the beginning letters of Mobile and Mardi Gras. The microphone has WABB hanging below it. Ted is looking up at two balloons: one with a penguin waving; the other with a hot air balloon on it.
