Four white women working in a Children's Mercy Hospital Office at Katharine Richardson's house, 121 Clinton Place. Seen left to right are: Mrs. Frank Bostick writing at a desk; Ella Foley, housekeeper. standing; Dr. Katharine Richardson seated at a desk with a book open; and Mrs. Wingfield, secretary, seated at a desk with a typewriter. On the back wall is a pennant reading "Mercy Hospital" next to a sign reading "Ask any question you wish about Mercy Hospital".
