Unidentified white female teacher in a classroom with young patients (boys and girls, all white) sitting around a table in the basement at 414 Highland. One of the older boys is seated by a stained glass window and two other boys are seated away from the table (one on the floor with back to camera, the other in a wheelchair near the stained glass window). The teacher is bending over the table helping on the children.

Handwritten note on verso: 414 Highland Bldg; Playroom in basement of added on building note: Stain glass windows (not in the chapel as always believed) moved to 1710 bldg & then to 2401 Gilham Bldg, Children probably being taught at school (started in 1911) & teacher in street dress.
