Building with women inside and in front of the structure

Unidentified women stand outside an elaborate building in, possibly, Singapore, wearing traditional dress. One woman sits on a rickshaw with the rickshaw driver holding up the poles with which he is to pull the rickshaw. A dog lies in the center of the drive among all of the women. More women lean on a railing and look out of an open, sliding floor-to-ceiling window on the second story of the building. Evergreen trees stand in the yard.
