Details
Rock of the Blessed Virgin in Biarritz, Basque Country, France, has a tunnel under the rock where the shadows of two women sitting on a bench on the left side of the tunnel are sitting in the shade. A statue of Mary surrounded by a fence, is on the top of the rock. There is a footbridge extending out of the tunnel, over a waterway, to the cliffs on the left side of the photograph. A building with arched windows sits on top of the cliffs. The bay is seen in the lower left-hand corner of the photograph.
