Details
The Calvary of St. Paul's Church in Antwerp, Belgium, is sculpted into the side of rock among the columns of the church and consists of an elevated artificial rock, divided into three terraces, on which statues are placed with Christ on the cross at the top. There are four archways in a column with a different moment in Jesus Christ's crucifixion in and around each archway. Printed in white ink in the margin below the photograph, "No 38 Anvers. — Le Calvaire à l'Église St. Paul."
