Tomb of Cardinal Georges d'Amboise and cenotaph of Georges II in Rouen Cathedral in Rouen, France. The alabaster tomb depicts Cardinal Georges d'Amboise and Georges II kneeling. The monument is profusely carved and includes Virtues, Saints, Apostles, a prominent relief of St George and the Dragon, and others with Italianate candelabra, swags and grotesques. An iron fence runs along the floor in front of the tomb. Printed in white along the bottom of the photograph, "114. Tombeaux des Cardinaux D'Amboise (Cathédrale)."
