Details
A view of Clovelly, England from the harbor. Sailing boats sit in the harbor and fishing boats are pulled up on the rocky shore in the foreground. In the bottom right-hand corner of the photograph several men in suits and bowler hats stand on a deck. At the edge of the shore before heading up the hills into the village, rock buildings line the shore. On the left center of the photograph is a rock pier that leads to the Red Lion Hotel. The buildings and homes on the forested hills have a peach-colored hue to them. Printed in gold ink on the bottom left-hand corner, "10140. - Clovelly Harbour."
