Details
Three unidentified, barefoot men, likely from India, who are followers of Shiva in the Hindu religion, wear traditional clothing and the markings on the forehead and body called Tilaka. The man on the left is standing with his right side to the camera. He holds a closed umbrella with the point on the ground with his left hand. His hair is pulled back in a bun just above his neck. The man in the middle faces slightly toward the left side of the photograph. He holds a closed umbrella with the tip on the ground in his left hand. The man on the right sits on a tree stump with his knees facing the right side of the photograph and his head turned to look toward the left side of the photograph. There is a backdrop of jungle-type plants behind them.
