Chitty young man

An unidentified young Chitty man in Tamil, India, sits in a chair and leans his left elbow on a table with a tablecloth and a vase on it. He holds a closed umbrella in his left hand with the tip of the umbrella resting on the floor. The fingernail on his little finger of his left hand is very long and filed to a sharp point.
