Two people in rowboats on are the Városliget lake in the city park, Stadtwäldchen, in Budapest, Hungary. A third rower is heading back to a large, castle-type building, a boat house, that is on the other side of the lake from the rowers and on the left side of the photograph. The sporting house has one large onion dome circled by four small onion domes. There are four medium onion domes; two on either end and two on either side of the large onion dome. A sidewalk runs along the side of the lake on the right side of the photograph with many people sitting on benches or standing and looking at the lake. They are wearing everyday clothing. Two women wearing work clothes stand on a bank between the lake and the sidewalk holding a handle on each end of a basket. They face the camera.
