GLAMA: Robert Heishman Collection

With 49 photographs, scanned from 35mm slides and color transparencies, this Gay and Lesbian Archive of Mid-America (GLAMA) Collection features images of queer nightlife in Kansas City, from 1959-1967. Clubs featured include the Colony Club, the Forest Ballroom, Arabian Nights, and the Jewel Box.
