Image 1: Antoinette Tubman pulling down a cloth to reveal the dedication plaque on a steel bridge support. She is wearing a plaid dress and looking forward while smiling. Image 2: A group of dancers standing in front of a small crowd on an open field. The dancers are wearing white robes and some are holding instruments. Image 3: Vice-President William Richard Tolbert standing on the second floor balcony between two unidentified men. They are looking down and smiling. Another group of men are sitting behind them.
