The Scamps are on stage of the Blue Room in the American Jazz Museum in the 18th and Vine District of Kansas City, Missouri. Arthur Jackson, saxophone, sits in the curve of the baby grand piano. Eddie Saunders, saxophone, sits in the center of the photograph holding an alto saxophone and listening to Rusty Tucker, trumpet, who is looking at Eddie while holding a mute in one hand and a trumpet in the other. Lucky Wesley stands behind them holding a double bass by the neck but with the neck obscuring his face. One audience member is mostly out of the photograph on the right side. The date, "2 16 '03," is imprinted by the camera on the bottom right-hand corner of the photograph.
