Printed text reads "POST CARD / PLACE STAMP HERE / CORRESPONDENCE HERE / NAME AND ADDRESS HERE." Written text on left reads "Dear Mother! I enjoyed that letter I got from you better than any I've perceived yet. Tell Bess she'd better go to H.C. Thanksgiving. I've got a steady job now waiting table and doing janitory [sic] work. I'll write Sunday. I'm awful busy. Chas." Writing on right reads "Mrs. H.G. McLean / 819 Chestnut / Joplin Mo."
