Written text on left reads "Hallo Erwin. I have just been to busy to write to any one. This is my first attempt except a note to Laura. I am just getting along fine. You should come up and see us. I am getting up every morning at five [illegible] and getting to bed all the way from ten to twelve. We are going to leave next Tuesday. If Joe wants tell im to write to me. Charlie." Written text on right reads "Miss Erwin McClean / Manhattan / Kansas / K.D.A.C."
