Rockabilly vocalist and guitarist Billy Lee Riley sits sideways on a chair that is outside, crosses his legs, and holds a drink in his right hand and the neck of an electric guitar in his left. The body of the guitar rests on the ground in front of the chair. "Red Hot!" is printed on the guitar. Billy Lee wears a three-piece light-colored suit and a Panama hat with a wide hatband.
