Big Twist and the Mellow Fellows is a Chicago blues, funk, and soul band. The band is made up of four African American men and four white men. Three of the men hold their instruments. Three men wear fedora hats and one wears a ball cap. Printed in the margin below the photograph, "Big Twist and the Mellow Fellows. American Famous Talent Corp. AFT. 504 W.
