The Georgian style home of Joyce Kilmer, 17 Codwise Ave, New Brunswick, NJ, has the front door on the left, a plaque on the doorpost to the left, and the house number, 17, on the doorpost to the right. A circular plaque between the two first story windows states, "American Legion" around the outer circle and "Protect New Brunswick Children" in the center of the circle. A large model of a house sits on the sidewalk below the plaque. Two United States of America flags sit to the left of the house model and to the right of the steps up to the front door. Two American Legion flags lean against the right side of the house. A group of people stand to the left of the house on the sidewalk. A large flagpole with the flag of the United States of America stands in the right of the yard.
