Details
The carpeted parlor of the Paul Laurence Dunbar home at 219 North Summit Street, Dayton, Ohio, has two unidentified African American girls sitting on a love seat by a mantel with a clock on it. The curtains are lace sheers. A small table with a tablecloth, likely the family Bible, and a oil lamp sit in front of the window. A chair that matches the loveseat sits to the right of the windows.
