Santa Claus (white) visiting a young girl and boy (both white) at Children's Mercy Hospital. The patient on left is sitting in a wheel chair holding a doll. Santa is sitting in the middle handing a toy musical instrument to the boy on the right. He is holding a crutch and balancing unopened presents on his lap. A large, decorated Christmas tree is in the back of the room in front of stained-glass windows.
